I appreciate this all sounds very serious but it's vital we have documents such as this in place if we are to progress as a club.

Last season was our worst
discipline wise. One of our aims this season is to repair any damage done due to
our conduct as a team last season. The Code of Conduct clearly outlines what is
and is not acceptable. It's vital you read and understand this before setting
foot on the pitch.

Membership Form
This form is very
important. It includes all your personal details and MUST be filled in prior to
you taking part in a game this season. Please print it out, fill it in and hand
it to Dave before you play your first game of the season.
